Fashion Photography Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of [XX]% is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot (or within X days after, based on agreement).

• Payment methods accepted: [bank transfer, PayPal, cash, etc.].

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If the client cancels within [X days], the deposit is forfeited.

• Rescheduling must be done at least [X days] in advance and is subject to availability.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather, etc.), the shoot may be rescheduled by either party.

3. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

• Commercial usage (e.g., advertising, resale, lookbooks) requires a separate licensing agreement.

5. Model & Property Releases

• The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary model and/or property releases unless otherwise stated.

• The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Creative Control

• The client agrees to trust the photographer’s creative direction and vision.

• The photographer retains full discretion over editing style and final image selection, unless previously discussed.

7. Liability

• The photographer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the session.

• Equipment malfunction, loss of data, or other unforeseeable circumstances will be handled professionally, with rescheduling or refund at the photographer’s discretion.

8. Client Conduct

• Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and with clear concepts (if applicable).

• No extra individuals are allowed on set unless agreed upon beforehand.

9. Confidentiality

• All parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the shoot private, including shoot concepts and unreleased content.

10. Agreement

• By booking the session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

• A signed contract may be required for certain projects.
