Approx 50% Advance while booking

• No dates are booked until the advance amount is received • Travel, food and accommodation outside Belgaum will be arranged by clients or as charged as per actuals • Final payment is to be cleared within 2 days of the event date. • All the raw photos will be given to client. Once the data is transferred management has rights to delete data from their storage • We do not take responsibility for device malfunctions or data corruption • The songs for Cinematic film should be suggested by client before the editing process and song cannot be changed once fixed • Video correction for traditional video/ film will happen only once. All the corrections should be mentioned to editors before the final copy is produced • It is understood that it is clients responsibility to inform us if there is date/Venue change • We would like to wind up the post production within the 90 days of event • No refund on cancellation
