    Your private edit link

This browser remembers that the countdown is yours. To edit it from another phone or laptop, open this link there. Don't share it — anyone who has it can change or delete the countdown.

A wedding countdown that also tells you what to do

Enter your wedding date and this page counts down the days, hours, minutes and seconds to your ceremony. Underneath the big number it highlights your next planning milestone — save-the-dates, invitations, the RSVP deadline, the final headcount — and lists the tasks for the stage you're in right now, taken from our Wedding Planning Checklist.

There's no account to make. The countdown lives in its own link, so you can bookmark it, send it to family, or print it as a QR code on your invitations.

Share it with a QR code

"Download QR card" saves a ready-made image with your title, your date and a QR code that opens your live countdown. It's sized for a phone screen and an Instagram post, and prints cleanly on the back of an invitation or a welcome sign. Prefer your own design? "QR code only" gives you just the code.

The link and QR code never change, so you can print them early: if the date or time moves, edit the countdown and every guest sees the update. Guests in another country count down to the moment your event actually starts.

    Questions

How many days until my wedding?

Enter your wedding date above and the countdown shows the exact days, hours, minutes and seconds left, ticking live. Add the ceremony time for a countdown to the minute; without it, the countdown runs to the start of your wedding day.

Do I need to sign up to save my countdown?

No. When you create a countdown it gets its own link, and your browser remembers that you made it. You also get a private edit link — open it on another phone or laptop to edit from there. There's no account and no password.

If we change the date or title, does the link change?

No. The link and QR code stay the same forever, so anything you've already sent or printed keeps working and shows the updated details.

What do guests see when they open the link?

Just the live countdown, your title and the date and time — adjusted to the moment your event actually starts even if they live in a different timezone. Your milestones and to-do list are only visible to you.

Can I use it for something other than a wedding?

Yes. Give your countdown any title and pick the type of event — engagement, birthday, baby shower, housewarming, graduation, retirement, a work event, or something else entirely. Planning tasks are matched to the event type.

How do I put the countdown on our invitation?

Use "Download QR card" to save an image with your title, date and a QR code that opens the countdown. Add it to a digital invitation, print it on the back of your cards, or drop the plain QR code into your own design.

Does it include Indian wedding ceremonies?

Yes. For weddings and engagements, tasks for ceremonies like the roka, mehendi, haldi and sangeet are included by default. Untick "Include Indian ceremony tasks" if they don't apply.
